“Had a good time, satisfied and will come again in future”
+It was near by to the town, everyone was friendly, the room was clean and quite cosy
−There was issues with the hot water when I moved in which was sorted eventually but otherwise everything was good

+I like the location the house is very clean and tidy lovely shower And it is been improved so soon we don't have to share bathroom I think that is beautiful Very quiet.For me this house is a good place to relax and rest

“Find somewhere nicer”
+Bed was comfortable.
−Didn't receive code until I asked for it several times, no light outside to actually see the key boxes or codes, once inside dor had another kettle guard but no code, I was not informed there was a key. Kitchen was needing a clean and bike in there, no toilet roll in the bathroom and stairs to upper floor some were rotten but covered with carpet. I was in room on main street, people outside didn't stop talking until 4am, cars using street as rat run, and constant train noise. The railway runs almost parallel. I was almost ready to walk out at 2am. I am not a picky traveller but I wouldn't stay here again.

−Not very clean to say the least, room was not best condition, I feel bad cause the staff is nice but Hard to recommend, it s still the cheapest option I could find so it s better then nothing if you're on a budget +bed is not the terrible

“Avoid this place”
+Absolutely nothing to like about the property.
−The house and rooms were not fit for purpose. They were an absolute state. The room me and my wife were staying in had exposed cables sticking out of a socket on the wall, a door to a smaller room within our room that wasn’t on any hinges, just jammed into the door liner, hairball and general dirt on the floor, the combination lock/latch did not catch so was doing nothing, the front door was appalling and a nightmare to open close and lock, and when we arrived and was unlocking to rooms there was a mouse run across the landing. The mouse had made its way into the other room where we found mouse droppings on the floor, more dirt hair and what looked like a toenail on the floor. The provided fan had no guard over the blades for this room and was not functioning properly anyway. The shared bathroom was a mess, dirty and unclean, no toilet paper and tiles coming away from the wall. The way oversized shower head caused water to soak the whole room while showering. We did not feel clean after a shower. Generally the house was in a complete state with the shared kitchen looking like a building site and tool storage space. We did not feel safe or comfortable in the house at all and decided

+Nice guy that owns the place
−It is essentially a 5 bedroom HMO that is half finished, half under construction. The kitchen was filthy and shared, bathroom was also dirty. All in all should be advertised more for contractors than anyone else. Personally I would avoid and the surrounding area is also a dump

+Good location, around 57 minute walk from front door of Luton airport. Right behind two grocery stores, close to a mall and the train/bus station.

“Will definitely be visiting again when back in town.”
+Property close to town centre and high streets with plenty of shops. The host is very kind, welcoming and hospitable; ready to go above and beyond to meet your every need.
