+The room was very clean, comfortable and very spacious.
−The food served at breakfast seemed old and turns out it was as 3 people from my group unfortunately got food poisoning.

“Nice, clean and comfortable great service.”
+We had one night at 3 arch resort and were very comfortable. The 2 family rooms were a great size, the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and good. We would definitely stay again.

“Spacious rooms and a great location.”
+We loved the size of the family suite, the location close to town but away from the noise. (You will need a car or tuk tuk to get around as it's at the end of a steep road). The kind staff and great breakfast and dinner options. The bed was very large and comfortable and the room had A/C (though not needed during our stay). They also have shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower (which was also great, hot water, spacious and with 3 settings) instead of single use plastic. The welcome drink and cool towels when returning from the day's excursions was also a nice touch.
−The roof in the bathroom needs to be replaced. It had a leak and some mold.
