+It's own kitchen was a must. Views amazing. Host extremely helpful
−Steps up to the flat were ok for us but maybe an issue for someone with limited mobility but thats Cornwall it's hilly

“Misleading photos, not safe, very noise, dirty, very difficult parking space”
+Nice location
−Damp smell; very poor kitchen equipment. No microwave, and the pots and pans aren't big enough to cook dinner for 4 people. You have a washing machine but no drying rack. You do have an ironing board but no iron. No bath mat. Provided with washing -up liquid but no sponge or something to wash dishes. No information on where to put rubbish. And the worst part is you can hear every single footstep above your head from another flat, when they're walking in the corridor it sounds like an elephant stomp 0 sound isolation. No private garden how is it saying so, or even the lock at your first corridor leading to the door with an electric door lock, everyone can come in.. Photos are very misleading..and the parking something horrible

“Dirty”
+Good location and the view
−Place was filthy, black mould in bedroom from condensation everywhere, feet were black after walking on the carpets, dirt marks all over the sofa, generous to give tea bags but UHT milk sachets 2 years out of date in the kitchen, parking up a ridiculously steep hill which ended up being virtually impossible to get out of and had to reverse back down the hill. Paid £180 for ONE NIGHT and just genuinely so upset to have wasted that type of money on the room after a 4 hour drive down. I hate giving bad reviews as I know this is a source of income for someone but genuinely never felt so dirty couldn’t wait to leave.

−Lo stabile era trasandato e molto sporco. Tanti scalini per accedere all’appartamento, il posteggio e’ molto scomodo

“Great night away”
+Great location for the town, really nice cosy little apartment and beds were really comfy.
−Only negative is that it needed a bit more hoovering, few crumbs on the kitchen floor.

+A bit of a hike up to the property (lots of stairs), but worth it for the river views.
−maybe a microwave and a fridge freezer instead of just a larder fridge.

“Fantastic price for money! Lovely”
+The property in question has had some extremely hard reviews, so much so the host rang and asked if we’d still like to proceed with the booking!! Upon arrival I struggled to see why! The flat is everything you need it to be, it’s clean, it’s tidy, comfortable and spacious… Warm at night it’s just cosy! And for all the children out there like myself, there’s a pirate ship wheel attached to the wall which spins… although I was disappointed that the flat didn’t end up by the sea no matter how many times I turned starboard. You get your own private car parking space.. which is free so in the centre of looe is a blessing in itself! It is incredibly steep though, so if you have a low car or are not confident driving, park in the centre and walk back up takes 5 mins. A lot of steps leading up to the apartment, so if you’re not the best in your legs, I would advise somewhere lower, but if you don’t mind a walk then what’s to worry. In all honesty, the reviews are harsh… do not pay attention to them. If you want a cheap cheerful get away by the sea, close to a dozen pubs in the beating heart of looe.. look no further. 10/10
−Entrance to the flat building could use some TLC.
