“Can't wait to go back!”
+The accommodation is so spacious - a whole house, with full kitchen diner, separate bedroom, and 2 living areas. Beautiful garden views. The place was immaculately clean. The bikes (free to use!) are a really nice touch. The location is great - walkable or cyclable from Forest Row town which has plenty of shops and restaurants, and over the road from an off-road cycle track/footpath which you can take all the way to East Grinstead. I was sad to only be there one night and am already looking for excuses to go back! It instantly felt like a home away from home.

“Short stop in beautiful Forest Row”
+Location is excellent if you want to be walking distance to the centre of Forest Row. As for the accommodation, what a lovely surprise. Everything we needed was provided and on top of this it was spotlessly clean.
−Nothing needed to be improved as all needs were catered for.

“Lovely one night stay”
+Lovely comfy bed and nice hot shower. Good kitchen facilities. Perfect for our one night stay.

+very spacious. lovely living area, well appointed, clean and functional space also. kitchen was amazing and bed very comfortable. great shower pressure! best property we have stayed in the UK.

“Exceptional”
+Modern, fully equipped, clean accommodation. Lovely walk in shower, wet room,large fridge freezer, 2 rooms with settees and tv's. Drinks and munchies left ready for our arrival. Close to Pooh Corner, Pooh Bridge, and Ashdown Forest. Hosts Alison and Nigel were friendly and helpful.
−No big problem parking but was a bit tricky turning around if all residents were at home.

+Immaculately clean, milk, tea, coffee and snacks provided. Beautiful garden to sit outside in.
