“Great peaceful stay with a view in a slow village”
+Great location of the apartment, right at the edge of the village, peaceful surroundings, 5-10min walk to the beach/restaurats/small grocery store. Studio apartment has everything for an leisurely stay.
−When it was windy before a storm, you could smell sewage gasses in the bathroom...nothing too dramatic, nothing to make a big complaint, just be aware that there colud be some odors at times. But to be fair, when I was looking for a stay on Hvar, there were several other apartments with simmilar problem, so it might just be a public sewage system that is the problem.

+Apartman u Ivan Dolcu je apsolutno u redu.Mi smo bili u veljači a mogu pretpostaviti da je u ljeto prekrasno.Ivana je jako ljubazna i imate sve sto je potrebno za par dana na Hvaru.Tunel Pitve je poseban doživljaj a u blizini imate Plodine i Tomi Za preporuciti

−The experience can be improved by adding really small details that can make a difference like a bin in the bathroom, a good kitchen knife etc.

+Wiev is perfect. Best in Ivan Dolac because it is in the highest position. We enjoy it so much looking at the sea in the morning and at the stars at night. The only thing with this view is that you have to walk to it.... But it is a great exercise. After day or two you get used to it... We would definetly come again.

+This place was really great. The view from and the air in the balcony are stunning and tranquilizing. The apartment is very comfortable. The area has many beautiful beaches and nice restaurants around. Enjoyed my time a lot!

“Superb”
+Very beautiful apartment, small but has everything you need for a good stay. Recommended to come with car. Amazing view from the balcony and a nice beach bar 2 minutes away with car.

“Your piece of paradise”
+Ivana and the family have a great place to stay, definitely amazing in the October. amazing view, beach in minutes away, all to ourselves. we had the best stay in a long time. and an amazing bargain for same price as a camping
−most shops and restaurants were closed, so we had to be stocked - be prepared and get coffee to make yourself

“The most beautiful stay!”
+Our host was lovely and the apartment was amazing. It was very spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked bar a couple of pantry staples like oil but we had our own so wasn’t an issue. The best part of the place was the incredible view from the balcony! We loved that the sliding doors opened fully and the balcony was such a treat. I will say the location is not easy to reach without a vehicle but meant that it was very peaceful.
−The bed was quite creaky and sadly meant every move woke us up.
