“Bittersweet”
+The place was spotless clean and have great amneties which makes it feel like home.. The location is nice and quiet with beautiful nature views.
−The staff came to collect the key at 9:20 whereas checkout time is at 10:00 and when I arrived I had a bit of an issue because I booked via booking.com and was charged less since I'm a member and when I had to check in I was told there was no room that cost the amount I paid.. It would be great if the owner discussed that with booking.com because I belive it's not my fault booking.com charged me less than they charge.

“I did not stay in the property, the owner said it was fully booked. I didn't get my refund either”
−To remove the property on booking.com as the owner sent a message that he doesn't take books from booking.com due to him being not paid for 3 months by booking.com. I laid a complaint on booking.com requesting refund which they denied giving me a refund claiming they received my complaint about the property after a day of the booking date where's I sent the refund request on the day when the owner could not assist me with accommodation 16 Jan 2026.

−No mirrors in the rooms except for a the bible-sized mirror in the bathroom

“We needed a shower &bed and enjoyed our stay”
+Immediate assistance from hosts. Very clean. New building. Lovely Sorbet product for ammenities. New kitchen fitted with everything. Secured with clearview fence and barbed wire. Had ample safe parking inside for car plus large trailor. Area really safe.
−Limited DSTV channels. Not a Smart TV. So you cannot watch Prime TV or Netflix etc or even Apple TV when having own Apple device.

“The accommodation was reasonably comfortable. Not entirely geared for disabled”
+I phoned the host who met as at the petrol station to hand over the keys
−There was limited coffee Available. No coffee was served with breakfast. They had to fetch the coffee from our room.

“It's a great place when visiting Indwe.”
+The care of the staff was amazing, although the place was over booked, they tried to get a room for us. I really appreciated that. I will definitely refer the place to others.
−Our booking did not reflect to the managers of the place hence it was over booked. But later they managed to organise a room for us.
