“Casa davvero adorabile, comoda e spaziosa per dei soggiorni anche lunghi.”
+Adoro questa casa! Spaziosa, luminosa e pulita. Ha una porta finestra che affaccia su un piccolo spazio verde. Bagno e doccia, fondamentali per me, puliti e comodi. Ho dormito benissimo, ottimo materasso e cuscino, ed è comodo anche i divano letto in soggiorno. TV con paytv e Wi-Fii top. Posizione davvero ottima per le mie esigenze, collegata benissimo con i trasporti. L'host ha sempre risposto velocemente ai miei messaggi ed è super disponibile per qualsiasi necessita!!
−L'unica cosa che posso dire, soggiornando per quasi una settimana in tre persone, sarebbe preferibile avere prodotti essenziali per la pulizia della casa e qualche stoviglia in più per cucinare e mangiare comodamente. In ultimo, solo un consiglio, si potrebbe curare il giardino con delle piante e dei fiori e magari mettere delle sedie e un tavolo da esterno, sarebbe davvero carino.

“Great location and excellent place to stay - would recommend it to anyone.”
+The property was bigger than anticipated and was in an ideal location with shops and pubs in close proximity. We have stayed in 2 no different apartments and both of them were really nice.
−There was a minor ant infestation outside the patio door, but powder had already been put outside the door.

“Es war für eine Familie absolut in Ordnung!”
+Es war schön groß, hatte eine Bad und Küche und eigenen Eingang , Garten gehabt sowie ein Parkplatz vor der Haustür.
−Es gab etwas wenig Geschirr und an der Terrassentür kamen Ameisen ins Haus.

“Ok for location wise and for money”
+It was good location near train station and you can park car there in this house
−Carpets in bedroom quite untidy and curtains otherwise it was ok but they hardly pick phone if you need any help

+The size of it and the layout was good. The kitchen itself had all the amenities that you’d need. Plus the access to the garden was lovely to have.
−Could I suggest taking out the bedroom carpets, they were stained and burns in places, made the bedrooms look unclean. Also put up decent thick curtains or blinds. As for the kitchen utensils, buy new kitchen knives and new cutlery and new dishes. Plus pots and pans. This let the wonderful kitchen down a bit. A better selection of glasses too. The kitchen is great, this just let it down when it came to cooking.

“Was fairly happy staying here. Clean and comfortable. Just need to add a few basic things like cushions , outdoor table”
+Spacious and clean, walking distance to shops and station. Comfortable bed. Coffee/tea and sugar. Quiet most if the time
−No where to sit in garden really except a hard tiny bench and it was messy, Curtains to light in bedroom. No Big mugs or soft drink glasses , not enough plates etc and casserole dishes for the oven. Was noisy when people moving around upstairs .

+Me and my husband enjoyed our stay with our children as we visiting family and was perfect for us.
−Didn't like the fact that a man approached our apartment and open our door asking where are the girls ? as this made me and my kids abit scared . I was then told one of the apartments in phlox Gardens was used a brothel and it really put us of and I feel like for the price I paid was not worth the money after finding this out . I wondered why there was so much noise the first night. I highly think this needs to be looked out as I dont want any other family's to go through this . It's a lovely place but to know its being used a brothel is not on !!
