−For some reason I couldn’t control the volume of the television. Was a little too loud and couldn’t be turned down.

+Alloggio piccolino ma perfetto per due persone, dotato di tutto l'occorrente dalla biancheria alla cucina all'intrattenimento.
−per lunghi periodi servirebbe un aspirapolvere per poter pulire ma capisco che è complicato trovargli una collocazione.

“Fantastic deal, clean, simple, cozy, safe.”
+Fantastic deal! Exceptionally clean, really comfortable bed, great communication with host, and it was close to all my personal favorite places like Cafe Yumm and a nice Brewery with music a few blocks away. Looked like a nice treed walking trail across the street but I didn’t get a chance to check it out. It was perfect for what I was looking for. It is a studio, so snug, but totally cozy and simply decorated. I only mention decor because I was in Paris two years ago and it literally looked almost exactly like the flat I rented only this wasn’t five flights upstairs without an elevator! Lol Simple elegance. It even had Netflix and Colombian coffee which was a perk. I hope to stay there again.

−Insects, not clean, plastic bag wrapped around fire extinguisher, overpowering bad odor.

“Beware if chemically sensitive”
+Cheaper than a hotel. Good shower. Close to business.
−Heavy use of chemicals. Mopped and opened everything up but it was still pervasive. Couldn’t sleep due to headache and sore throat from Lysol. Dirty sink sponge, half clean dishes. No creamer. I messaged the manager a half day ahead about chemical sensitivity (seeing other reviews) and all they said was “sorry, did the floor with Lysol.” I think the cushion headboard was also sprayed.

−I found a couple hairs in the shower and there was a half eaten ice-cream in the freezer. Other than that very clean!

“Nice and quiet, no frills, a bit small but perfect for me”
+Location was fine. Unit had everything I needed. Quiet, no frills and a driveway. There was a coffee maker, fridge, solid shower, towels in the bathroom, a little noisemaker machine next to the bed, smart tv, good lighting and wall heaters.
−The place was just a bit small. It is right next to a local highway so you can hear cars going by maybe 50 feet away but it's not very busy and didn't bother me.
