+Unser Gastgeber Vito war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer und in die Stadt. Die Parkplätze sind gesichert und man kann zusätzlich auch die Garage nutzen. Sind da sogar mit unserem Bulli reingekommen. Das Apartment war super ausgestattet und toll eingerichtet.

“Schöne Wohnung und gute Lage zum Strand.”
+Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern: Die Räume und auch die Dusche haben eine gute Grösse. Die Sitzmöbel auf dem Balkon sind sehr bequem. Falls jemand auf dem Ausklappsofa schläft, wird der Raum mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt und bietet so Privatsphäre. Der Strand ist in etwa 5 Minuten erreichbar und sauber. Es hat viele schöne Restaurants in Gehweite. Das Auto steht sicher hinter einem Tor und ggf. in einer Garage. Der Lift ist super für Personen mit Gehbehinderung und auch für Gepäck.
−Das Besteck in der Schublade war nicht sauber. Anscheinend haben es die Feriengäste vor uns nicht so genau genommen mit der Sauberkeit (Wir waren sowieso immer im Restaurant essen). Vom Hauptbalkon konnte man das Meer nicht sehen, sondern die Strasse. Vom Nebenbalkon aus sah man das Meer, jedoch nur am äussersten Eck. Der WC Rollenhalter mit Klobürste gehört ersetzt. Insgesamt aber recht sauber.

+Расположение апартаментов великолепное, доброжелательный и внимательный хозяин. Все было прекрасно, очень удобно наличие больших веранд.

+Top Lage zum Strand und zur Altstadt. Vito kümmert sich perfekt um alles. Eigener Parkplatz und Garage. In allen Fenstern Moskitoschutz. Hervorragend. Absolut zu empfehlen. Mille Grazie Vito.

“simply felt in love with amazing Sperlonga with the perfect living conditions in Palazzo Mosillo!”
+We visited Sperlonga for the first time and stayed in these apartments. Everything described is completely accurate: the apartments are new, clean, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials. They feature air conditioning, a large terrace with a picturesque view of the hills, and a balcony in the bedroom with a sea view. The location is simply perfect: everything is within walking distance , the sea, the promenade, highly-rated restaurants, a shop, and a bus stop. The old town is just a 15-minute walk along the promenade, offering stunning views of the sea. I would especially like to highlight our host, Vito , he is the most welcoming person! He took care of all our wishes, met us at the station, and even drove us back after our stay. We were completely delighted with our vacation and will definitely return! I hope this review will be helpful for other travelers!

+Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto Il necessario, nuovo e curato. Terrazzo spettacolare, posto auto sicuro. Il sig Vito è gentilissimo e disponibile.

+Очень большой и просторый номер, с двумя спальнями и двумя ванными комнатами , а также большая тераса и балкон. Также нам предоставили закрытый гараж что считается большым плюсом и защитой от солнца. Територия закрытая и под видеонаблюдением, мы не боялись что что-то случится с автомобилем. До моря - 2 минуты ходьбы. Все было очень замечательно, и мы хотели бы вернуться на следующий год.
