“Good location and and convenient”
+Good location, close to local amenities and roads. Quiet area and comfortable
−Entry system could have been clearer and lock boxes need a light. Not as clean as as it could be.

+Het was fijn om voor de deur te kunnen parkeren
−Op deze locatie kunnen een aantal verschillende appartementen gehuurd worden. Wij als vakantiegangers waren omringd door werklui in de andere appartement. Zij stonden om 5.30 uur op en dat maakte veel herrie in heel het appartementen gebouw en vooral de directe buren. Door de dunne wanden waren alle geluiden hoorbaar. Ook wanneer ze uit het werk kwamen waren ze erg luidruchtig. De hoofddeur bleef ook dag en nacht open staan wat geen veilig gevoel gaf. In het appartemen, nummer 5, was alles verouderd. Waren er eigenlijk maar zo weinig spullen aanwezig voor het gebruik van 1 persoon. Bijvoorbeeld 1 barkruk om aan te eten. Weinig bestek en pannen aanwezig. Ook sloot de raambekleding niet goed waardoor er veel inkijk was en lichtinval. Oja de veren van het matras waren te voelen tijdens het liggen en het bed was zeer smal.

“Nice clean apartment, clean bedrooms, clean toilets and showers - would highly recommend.”
+Lovely and spacious for my family of 5. Lovely clean rooms, en-suites and clean bedding and towels provided. My family had a lovely stay and rated the mattress as very comfortable! Nice little touch of a tv in every room 🙌🏻
−Situated on the top floor without any lift access - was a trek to carry up our luggage up 3 floors.

“Extremely poor and left my family without accommodation despite booking a year in advance. They were not interested . J”

−My family had booked a room for 4 a year in advance and I added a room for myself. My family arrived and no room available. Double booked. They denied knowledge of booking despite sending the email of confirmation and did nothing to help. My family had to find somewhere else to stay at 7.30pm at night so I obviously went with them. Magna house refused to refund any of our stays . Left us abandoned . Diabolical service. I would advise everyone to avoid this accommodation .

“I spent a week in Magna House and was very happy. The manager was very responsive to messages. I would definitely recomm”
+Proximity to Egham high street grocery stores, train station and buses. Very comfortable with iron, fridge and stove. White linen helps with the fresh look. In a quiet corner. Safe access.
−Stuffy with minimal window gaps to let fresh air in while working in the flat. Heater present for colder days but no aircon. I was told there was fan in Flat 7 but not so.
