−O endereço no aplicativo pra achar a localização dava erro e me falaram que isso sempre acontece por lá mas, no final deu certo.

“It was simply awful!”
+My experience at this hotel was absolutely appalling from start to finish. The reception staff provided terrible service and initially assigned me a room that was completely unsuitable for use. The room had not even been prepared properly and had no bed linen or basic necessities. After I complained, I was moved to another room, where I encountered an even more serious problem. The carpet was damaged, with a sharp, raised edge sticking up from the floor. This dangerous condition caused me to cut my foot badly, resulting in a serious injury and significant distress and inconvenience. This was completely unacceptable and could have been avoided if the hotel had properly inspected and maintained its rooms. The lack of basic preparation, the poor standard of service and, most importantly, the dangerous condition of the room made this an extremely negative and distressing experience. To make matters even worse, the hotel staff explicitly told me that I would receive a refund for the night. However, despite this promise, I have still not received my money. I am extremely disappointed with the way this entire situation was handled. The hotel failed to provide a properly prepared room, exp

+La personne qui est à l'accueil était très sympa et a essayé d'arranger les choses
−Au départ j'ai réservé sur booking . On m'a donné une chambre qui n'avait ni électricité ni chasse d'eau (pas de bouton ) et dégueulasse poils dans le lavabo et une forte odeur de tabac froid. Après être descendu 2 fois pour demander l'électricité on m'a finalement changé de chambre. La 2eme chambre propre et électricité et chasse d'eau qui fonctionne et une bonne odeur de linge propre. Faut il en conclure que si on réserve par booking nous sommes moins bien reçu....je pense que oui.
