+La ubicación buena, el precio acorde a lo que ofrece, cumple con lo básico, los dueños atentos.
−La mesa y mesadas estaban grasientas al parecer, o algo tenía, lo tuvimos que limpiar. La cama era incómoda, la ropa de cama tenía mal olor, las toallas, y el propio ambiente igual. Las ventanas las abrís y todos los vecinos pueden ver lo que haces. No había cocina como muestra en la imágen, solo un microondas.

−El dpto no era el de las fotos, o bien, las imágenes estaban mejoradas con IA. Las instalaciones viejas, el baño sucio, el dueño dijo que habían ido a limpiar pero se nota cuando falta higiene y lavandina, sobre todo en la ducha. Los colchones viejos al igual que las sábanas.

“Nice Host but I would not Return”
+The host for this unit was very kind and responsive to questions. We enjoyed having secure parking for our motorcycles. There were additional blankets provided for a very chilly night.
−The unit was extremely cold. There is a heat pump on the second floor for hot and cold air. This was adequate but it was very noisy dur to a bad bearing and we had to turn it off during the night. There was a little heater provided for the bottom floor, but it was inadequate and the plastic was melted on the back of it.n So we stayed upstairs during our visit there. The kitchen was in poor shape, a few dented aluminum pots, but not much to cook with. The water pressure in the shower was so low, it was unusuable. There was a smell of sewage under the stairs next to the bathroom. The neighbourhood was not inspiring, there was garbage and broken glass near the front of the unit on the road.

+Excelente ubicación,cómodo para las compras diarias.La tranquilidad de diez,facil de llegar. El anfitrión muy amable.Pasamos unos días increíbles.Con gusto volvería al complejo.
−Podría haber sido mejor que la habitación tenga placares para la ropa ,en la mesa un mantel o individuales,y en el baño una repisa o algo para poner las cosas de uso diario.Despues todo cómodo y confiable.
