+House was very clean. Good space and all the amenities needed.
−Awkward driveway... I have a truck so probably fine in a car. Everything else was good.

“We came to attend a football game and have a place to stay. The booking.com place we originally reserved suddenly cancel”
+Location and ease of checking in and out were both good. There is road noise, but not horrible. The host left coffee, towels were new, refrigerator was clean.
−It was fairly dirty and in need of repairs. The shower was old and slippery and lacked any kind of grab bar, the towel bars were loose in the wall, one comforter was dirty and had to be replaced, there were dirty marks on walls, no lighting in living room other than a bright overhead.

“It was cheap but I won’t stay there again. But it was very clean!”
+It was super clean. Parking was easy as the whole yard is parking
−It was about 20 feet from a very busy road and the smell of carbon dioxide gave me a headache every day. I could hear the neighbors moving around. Not a quiet house. Bugs entered through the openings in the window where air conditioner was.

“Estupendo”
+Sitio muy tranquilo y seguro. La casa nos encantó amplia y cómoda. Cerca de sitios para comprar en supermercado y para desayunar o comer . Y también cerca un parque para poder salir a correr.
−Me gustó todo en general , quizá en cuanto a la limpieza solo decir que en las habitaciones sobre todo había algo de polvo en las mesillas de al lado de la cama .

“The location was PERFECT! It is close to downtown Eug and a bus stop, which worked great to go toOCF”
−These were not dealbreakers but to take into considerations: It is near a pretty active street, but nothing close to high traffic I would say. Secondly, one of the rooms didn’t have the window AC, which was a bit of a bummer but totally understandable due to the layout of the room. There are two window ACs in the house: one in the living room, and primary bedroom. We could have the second room door open but they wanted privacy too.

“Great "home" away from home!”
+Location, very clean and welcoming home! Easy to work with. I highly recommend 'Charming 1930s Style Rustic Home! If I am ever in Eugene again, I will definitely try to book this home! So charming, homey & clean.

“Cute and comfy”
+Great location. Lots of things within walking distance! Comfy beds, deep bathtub. Quaint and cute! Housekeeping staff was awesome! Good communication from property manager. Would stay there again!
−No lamps in living room, just the overhead light. Difficult to figure how to turn off/on the baseboard heating without getting down onto the floor for eye level. No grab bars or bathmat in tub for safety.

“Great location.. parking and just plain homey.. we do hope to stay again in a few months!!”
−Issue with lack of hot water pressure in shower for over half of our 2 week stay. Impossible to actually shower. Plumbers fixed after visits. We did get good contact from property manager . We loved the cottage though and will stay there again!!
