“Большая квартира, но далеко от пляжа”
+Квартира очень большая, снабжена всей необходимой техникой и посудой на кухне, есть стиралка. Совсем рядом супермаркет. Тихий спокойный район. Гостеприимная хозяйка, которая пошла навстречу в вопросе более позднего выселения.
−Квартира требует реновации, но это видно и по фото. Главный недостаток - достаточно далеко идти пешком до пляжа, порядка 30 минут. И обратите внимание на отсутствие кондиционера, неожиданно для нас в конце июня было очень жарко.

+Appartamento molto spazioso ,super pulito e con tutte le comodità .VIcino al centro, al supermercato e 5 minuti di auto per raggiungere il mare. Host molto disponibile, gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni di check-in. Consigliatissimo

+Posizione comoda e defilata dal centro, facile da raggiungere, e strategica per muoversi anche a piedi verso il mare. Un buon compromesso qualità prezzo. Pochi fronzoli. C'è tutto il necessario

“Bike packing in Italy.”
+Good cooking facilities and coffee in the morning. Good location next to shops.
−Nothing really. No air con but the fans worked well.

“Great place”
+A lot of room, good equipment, clean, 20 minus walk to the train Station, little more to the beach
−Buses there are just terrible, nobody cares about the schedule - the walk to the most important spots is minimum 20 minutes long. Taxi is super expensive. Still worth, the drivers don't seem to be as crazy as The Rome drivers so maybe rent a car or a scooter.

“Passable : just !”
+Close to a big supermarket , bed was adequate and comfortable . Hostess eventually helped with shop and restaurant
−Communicating with the host was an ordeal . Didn’t answer phone . Very slow to reply to messages .Nightmare to find but we did thanks to a very kind stranger Very out of date which is ok but serious concerns over the electrical wiring , no kettle , no means of lighting the gas cooker , food debris in cupboards windows very shabby and what a challenge the door lock was . Wi-Fi code shared very late and not available to see in apartment . Absolutely no little touches or extras - to be fair it was cheap but doubt the owner will act on constructive feedback
