+Viskas buvo puiku. Apartamentas labai švarus, patogioje vietoje. Visai šalia maisto prekių parduotuvė, traukinių stotis taipogi šalia. Patogi parkavimo vieta.

+We stayed in an apartment in Dervio, Lake Como. The place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The location is considered good, check-in was easy, and parking was right next to the entrance, which made carrying luggage convenient. The only small issue was that there were no extra pillows or additional toilet paper. Overall, the host was polite and respectful, and we enjoyed our stay.

“Außergewöhnlich - absolut empfehlenswert!”
+Das Appartement war perfekt für uns: modern, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - inklusive gut funktionierendem WLAN, Klimaanlage und Smart-TV. Auch die Küche war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen konnte. Viel Stauraum im Bad und Schlafzimmer - man merkt einfach, dass sich hier jemand Gedanken gemacht hat. Die Lage ist top: nur ein paar Schritte zum See und einem schönen Strandabschnitt. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, Obst- und Gemüsehändler sowie Cafés und Bars sind alle direkt in der Nähe. Auch tolle Wanderrouten starten direkt vor der Tür. Auch wenn man den See vom Appartement aus nicht sieht, ist die Aussicht wunderschön - ruhig, grün und mit Blick ins Bergpanorama. Wir haben uns in Dervio richtig wohlgefühlt und das Auto die meiste Zeit stehen lassen. Die Kommunikation mit Luca war ausgezeichnet - schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen - eine klare Empfehlung!

+Sehr gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Apartment, tolle Lage (3 Minuten bis zum See). Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, alles hat perfekt geklappt!
