“Needs Improvement”
+This place has a lot of potential. It is only a 5-minute walk from the beach, spacious, and conveniently located not far from the supermarket. With a bit more attention to detail and some improvements, it could become a really great place to stay.
−The view wasn’t as advertised. Communication with the host was kept to the bare minimum,we were only given the contact details of the cleaning lady. The apartment was only moderately clean. We even found the towels stored under the dusty cabinet beneath the sink, which wasn’t very reassuring. Considering the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard. This wasn’t our first time on the island or our first rental in the neighborhood, so we have a good basis for comparison. There were also only four small towels provided for four guests. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and the TV didn’t work at all. To make matters worse, the neighbors were quite loud, which made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. This version sounds more credible and professional while clearly explaining the issues you experienced.

“A neat 5-day stay.”
+Apartment #5. Spacy and relatively new apartment. Pretty clean. Location just next to a large Tommy market (google map shows the erroneous location of the apartments Dora!).
−Apartment #5. No blinds on windows (really strange and inconvenient). Shower cabin doors need repairing. A laundry washing machine would be more than welcome. A little bit far away from the center. Could draw parking places, that would help.
