“Super miejsce. Szczerze polecam.”
+Bardzo fajny apartament na poddaszu, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Dobra lokalizacja - 5 min. do rynku w Libercu. Super właściciel, bardzo miły i pomocny - naprawdę wzór gospodarza - czuliśmy się rzeczywiście jak mile widziani goście, a nie na zasadzie płać i spadaj. Miejsce parkingowe dostępne obok domu na wygrodzonym placyku. W zasadzie to centrum miasta, a cisza i spokój. Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu, następnym razem przyjedziemy na dłużej.
−Uwaga techniczna - pod koniec sierpnia 2026 restauracja na dole była zamknięta z powodu remontu.

−Łózko w ciasnym pokoju, bardzo wąskie przejście wzdłuż łóżka, praktycznie nie dało się przejść.

+Très bon accueil de Romain. Nous avons eu une coupure d'électricité à cause de travaux et Romain a résolu le problème immédiatement. Très bonne situation à Liberec
−Nous étions au dernier étage. Beaucoup d'escaliers à monter avec les bagages. L'appartement était mansardée. Nous nous sentions un peu à l'étroit.

+500 m bis zum Liberecer Rathaus, sehr netter Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit, Apartment für 3-4 Personen gut geeignet für Städtetrip.Gutes Frühstück für Superpreis.Parkplatz abgesperrt mit Kette.
−Kein Couchtisch zum Fernsehen am Abend.

“Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzenia Libereca”
+Parking tuż przy apartamencie, bardzo miły gospodarz. W każdym pokoju telewizor. Wc osobno, łazienka osobno. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia
−Biurka w pokojach, kojarzyły się z pracą 😉. Stół kuchenny, ciężko sie przy nim jadło

“Doesn't live up to the high rating :-(”
+The host was the most charming person I've met - very accommodating. There are some nice touches, like the umbrellas for guests to use. The location is quite central. The parking provided by the apartments is ideal. The apartment offers discounts for local attractions (no idea how to obtain them).
−To be honest, we were disappointed with our 2-bedroomed apartment: * It was hot and there were no fans on offer (although to be fair we didn't ask, but it was a heatwave, the apartment's on the top floor - it's somewhat obvious they should be provided as par for the course) * One of the bedrooms is very close to the main road in which there is a hospital, meaning opening the window for some cool air in the evening/night/morning wasn't an option because of the noise * The same bedroom might be the larger bedroom, but I suspect it's for people who don't want to watch Netflix (make sure you have an account as the property doesn't provide free access) or YouTube, whereas the other bedroom is set up with these on the TV * Also, the larger bedroom has a bed which is in an alcove, so if you want a cup of tea in bed or to read, you have to get out of the bed to place the cup &/or book somewhere * The seating area in the kitchen is fixed to the wall and floor. If you are 4 adults, good luck trying to sit (never mind eat/play games) in the seats near the wall if you're taller than 85cm! * Our fault, but we didn't realise that the area for sitting and chilling is in the small bedroom (the one
