+La petite section du quartier où est situé l'appartement est piétonnière donc très tranquille. Le grand balcon offre une vue incroyable du coucher au lever de soleil. On peut se baigner à deux pas et la vie y est douce!
−La douche est vieille et n'a rien pour déposer un savon ou un shampoing, mais la pression est bonne. Le lit pourrait être changé mais on a bien dormi quand-même.

+It had beautiful view, beach was just a few steps away from apartment, perfet location there was many restaurants and a shop. Apartment had everything that was needed.

“Tolle Lage, Preis und Leistung waren gut”
+Tolle Lage, sehr nah am wunderschönen Strand, Zu den Restaurants und Geschäften ist es auch nur ein kurzer Spaziergang.
−Im Großen und Ganzen hat alles gepasst, aber mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten würde es besser aussehen

“Amazing location, attractive price, apartment needs some improvement”
++ amazing location (cafés, bars, supermarket - 2-5min walk, ferry port - 20-25min walk) + first line + attractive price + the host responds quickly + big terrace, olive and pomegranate trees in the garden.
−- The room was poorly cleaned: dust on furniture, as well as mould in the toilet and shower. (The host claims that the cleaner did not have enough time to finish, although check-in was stated as being from 1:00 PM. We arrived at 1:30 PM and had informed them in advance. The cleaner told us that she had finished cleaning and that only the floor had not dried yet) - The Wi-Fi poorly works in 1 of the 3 rooms. - The shower head is broken. - The air-conditioning drainage pipe drips directly in front of the bedroom window, and the constant dripping makes it difficult to sleep. - The bed linen and towels are old and worn. - The room is advertised as having a sea view, but since it is located on the ground floor, the actual view is mostly of the courtyard and cars parked directly in front of the terrace. This would not have been a problem in itself, but it simply does not correspond to the description.

+Lokalizacja i widok z okna pierwsza klasa. Ale na tym niestety zalety się kończą.
−Apartament jest wyposażony w stare, zniszczone meble a do tego bardzo brudny. Ilość kurzu pod szafkami w kuchni ogromna, balkon też był brudny, a przy wejściu stała brudna szczotka do zamiatania. Kuchnia wyposażona ale patelnie bardzo zniszczone, nie powinno się na nich już gotować. Noże nieostre, brak porządnej łyżki do mieszania przy smażeniu, jakieś stera i wysłużone. Gdyby apartament miał niższą cenę to może bym nie zwracała takiej uwagi, ale przy tych kwotach przynajmniej czystość powinna być zagwarantowana. Zapomniałam o grzybie w łazience na suficie, lepiej nie spoglądać. łazienka stara i bardzo zniszczona a do tego bardzo brudna.

+Der Mann war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Die Lage zum Strand ist ideal.
−Kein WLAN Der Fernseher hat leider nicht funktioniert Türgriff zum Schlafzimmer fällt ab. Abfluss im Badezimmerwaschbecken funktioniert nur sehr schlecht.
