”Lovely hotel choice my daughter chose before her wedding on 10/16”
+Breakfast was very good ; We had a family pre-wedding dinner on Thursday evening 10/15 and the dinner and service and our table were wonderful!
−Can’t think of anything

”Very overpriced stay in a great location”
+Amazing location in the heart of Williamsburg. The view from my balcony was beautiful.
−For the price (which is pretty astronomical) I was really disappointed. The finishings were fine but didn't feel luxurious, the blow dryer was a very low budget option, my room didn't get cleaned unless I asked for it, and the room service prices were absolutely insane.

”Run down hotel which isn’t well maintained. Overpriced. Avoid.”
+It’s in Brooklyn
−Dirty, very shabby, needs updating, pool closed unnecessarily early in the season. Gym is tiny and extremely dirty. Elevators are small, creaky and slow. At check out i was charged for many mini bar items which I didnt consume and had to make a complaint.

+Great location.
−Rooms feel very tired, not a particularly warm greeting on check in. The staff in west light are VERY rude. Wouldn’t even go there!

”Disappointing”
−I booked there for the top floor bar with scenic views. When I went to go to the bar it was closed for an event. It is listed as an amenity of the hotel but was not available. I also think I was overcharged double.
