”Great location and great price in a basic hotel.”
+Great location and great price - just what I was looking for. I wasn't looking for a luxury hotel, just the basics.
−Lack of amenities

”Overall very satisfied and happy with my stay.”
+Great location and nice and comfortable place to stay for a trip to DC.
−There isn’t much soundproofing from the door so you’ll hear everything going on outside in the hallway, and since my room was just opposite the elevators there was quite a lot of coming and going.

+A really great value for the money. A good location and a unique layout. It maintains a classic vibe without feeling run down.
−The room is little small and there's no way to make coffee for yourself. Elevators are also slow and make you worry a bit because the button on the top floor was broken and covered in cellophane tape with a sign. Asking you to trust them that it was in fact working.

”Would stay here again for the value, location and historical feel.”
+Great quaint and historical hotel. Enjoyed the literature in the room explaining the history and architecture. Location and price are excellent. The cafe across the street was fantastic for breakfast.
−Rooms were pretty small but was expected. Not a fan of the overhead shower head but that is just a personal preference. Water pressure and temperature were just fine. Only one working elevator but it did not seem to slow things down for us.
