+Self contained studio with everything you might need. Clean soft carpet, spotless bathroom, towel changes every two days. Late night check in was a breeze. Coffee shop attached downstairs has amazing coffee. Neighbourhood was wonderful. Just a short walk across a bridge to the CBD.

+We had an event on at the RAC arena so the location for the room was great. The staff member who helped us with checking out was really helpful and friendly.
−A number of little things added up which impacted our experience. The surfaces needed a wipe down, the bin in the kitchen was broken and the shower head wasn't tight enough to hold it in place
