”It was okay for the money. Could have been better”
+The location. It was right on the beach. They gave us any number of towels and also drinking water. The reception staff is v helpful
−Since it was secluded it was hard to get around. They didn’t have a restaurant on the property.

+EL CONCEPTO QUE MANEJAN, EL RESPETO Y CONEXIÓN CON LA NATURALEZA
−NO HUBO SERVICIO DE COMEDOR Y NO INFORMARÓN CON ANTERIORIDAD LO CUAL DARÍA LA OPOTUNIDAD DE TOMAR UNA DECISIÓN CON MÁS CERTEZA. LA OTRA ES QUE EL SOPORTE DE LA HAMACA SE ROMPIÓ, ME GOLPEÓ Y NO HAY SERVICIO MÉDICO.

”Overall the staff was great and made us feel welcomed. They had solutions to any problem and were always there if we nee”
+The hospitality was 10/10, view was nice, and easy access to the open beach.
−There is nothing wrong with the property. Future guests should just know exactly where they are located. You’re practically in the middle of a jungle so it’s far to get to places. Planning ahead will avoid any problems with access outside of the hotel area.

+The room and the ressort was nice. The personal is very nice and keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
−The ressort is in the jaguar national park. Every time you leave and reenter the park you have to pay the fee, even if you just want go back to the hotel. Then you cant take any food or drink items into the park, even when everything is closed inside the park and you rarely find some place to eat there. The beach was stinky and full of seagrass, what can happen when you go there out of season.
