”We expected more from the hotel, and ended up disappointed.”
+The location is great. The room was spacious and clean. When we did messaged the staff for an extra blanket to supplement the coverlet that was on the bed, one was brought almost immediately.
−The furnishings and decor were tired and depressing. The site boasts antiques, and the dresser was an antique an in a state of disrepair. We stayed in the Delaware Suite, which was 20 shades of brown, including the sad tired paintings on the wall. It looks much brighter and upbeat in the pictures. The bed had two top sheets and no proper fitted sheet, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The room was above the kitchen and we kept hearing thuds coming from the kitchen.

+Room was clean and comfortable.
−No water in the room. Breakfast was skimpy. No fresh fruit, no real options, was expensive to stay.

+Hotel Naples is very unique. While check in and out are contactless, the process is simple and you have everything you need. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was closed (Sunday), unfortunately, and dining options are limited in Naples. However, we did dine at Roots, which was excellent. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely go back to Hotel Naples.

”Great Naples Stay”
+This is a lovely place to stay in the center of Naples, NY. I enjoyed my comfortably large room and the coziness of staying above an established restaurant.
