”An Unforgettable Stay”
+From the very first moment we arrived, the experience was magical. The entrance welcomed us with soothing music that instantly set the mood for a relaxing getaway , a small touch that made a big impression! We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and smiles all around. The staff were genuinely polite, warm, and attentive throughout our stay , their hospitality truly made us feel like honoured guests rather than just visitors. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and comfortable. The overall vibes of the resort are simply wonderful , peaceful, scenic, and full of positive energy. The swimming pool was a lovely bonus, perfect for unwinding while soaking in the beautiful surroundings of Munnar's misty hills. Munnar Ice Queen Resort is not just a place to stay , it's an experience in itself. The hospitality here is second to none. Highly recommended for families, couples, and solo travellers alike. Will definitely return! 🌿🍦

+The hotel manager is very helpful, the swimming pool and facilities are all good. The view over the pool is exceptional.
−Unfortunately there is building work at the front of the pool. This doesn't affect the back of the hotel where we stayed and where the pool is.
