”The resort is a good place for a holiday despite the lack of a social facility like a Bar.”
+Satisfactory
−Am disappointed that you did not indicate that this facility was a NONALCOHOLIC facility. I came to learn at the reception after I had checked in. This is VERY BAD. I should have been given information so that I can make appropriate CHOICE.

”Very poor”
+Nothing because I did get to stay, they forced me to cancel my booking saying that I was undercharged. After that I asked my sister to book, and we paid a down-payment at a new rate that they gave, like 5 days to Christmas they also asked her to cancel because she was undercharged. They took long to refund our down-payment, Lukenya totally ruined our Christmas

”13 December Visit.”
+Good food. Great ambience/ wild life. strong wifi signal. Clean rooms. Free parking.
−Lunch order took long as only one waiter was available. The room was not ready when I arrived. Remote control in the room was not working. No yoghurt for breakfast. No Fridge in the room. No feedback form on the premises. No carwash service.
