”We wouldn’t stay at this location again.”
+Great location. Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable.
−Room had not been dusted in a while. It was a bit outdated.. We couldn’t believe we had to pay extra for parking. We were shocked if we would have drank the water there would have been an extra charge. Ice bucket was nasty. Over all it was very overpriced for what we expected.

”Comforting”
+It was in a good location off the interstate, it was clean, felt luxurious. The bed was soft and cozy. It helped to have a good nights rest after difficult travel conditions.

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.”
+The breakfast was amazing! There was everything that one could ask for. It was perfectly presented.
−Perhaps a couple more luggage carts could be made available at the front entrance.

”Awesome Customer Service”
+Front desk attendant Chaveeta was super awesome. I needed help setting up the app for my Honors member and she was able to navigate it and take care of it all in no time. That’s the type of #Customer Service that everybody should try to be like.

”We did not enjoy the stay.”
+We were extremely disappointed with the hotel. It was quiet. Our room overlooked the entryway yucky roof. The room had not been vacuumed-there were easily seen nuts and an artificial fingernail on the floor. The very "mini" refrigerator door shelf was missing. The freezer shelf was a solid block of ice. Rooms have no microwave! The pool was a mess with floating bugs which we skimmed with the pool skimmer. The patio hadn't been swept in ages. There is no poolside bar as described on the website. There is no lunch service although when we had called we were told there was. There was no breakfast buffet. We chose to only have dessert for dinner because the restaurant prices were high and even then it took forever to be served. The website is wholly inaccurate.
