”Thrilling off-ooad experience at a beautiful retreat!”
+The location was beaaaaaaaautiful! In order to reach the property, you need to take the property jeep as a lot of off-roading happens. And, the experience was crazyyyy good! The drivers are super skilled to drive in such terrains! The property is very well-maintained. The staff also is super-friendly and welcoming. Everything about the property is amazing! The cleanliness, the courtesy of the people, the views, the food, the entire experience overall was absolutely amazing and I can't recommend this place enough!
−Maybe the table tennis board can be maintained better :) Nothing else!

”Beautiful location and people”
+It is located in the middle of the jungle. To reach the hotel they need to pick you up with a jeep to go through an unsealed road through the forest, which I actually enjoyed a lot. The place is charming and the stuff was so helpful and kind.
−We were a group and the hot water did not work well in all the rooms, so some people had to take a shower with cold water.

”Good location but services must be worked upon”
+Exotic location. Generally you need to trek to reach such locations. So running a hotel there is commendable. Rooms were clean and with amazing views from balcony.
−Cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen must be improved. They need more resources for the jeep transfer. We had to wait more than 1 hour both times to avail the jeep transfer between the location and parking. Keep additional time in hand for this.

”Very good”
+The staff were exceptionally friendly. It is a little hard to reach unless you have a dedicated driver but they very kindly organised a Tuk Tuk tour for the day for us (most guests had drivers waiting). It's a great vibe and they are very helpful. The views are totally stunning and make it worth the visit. Also did a wonderful morning trek with a guide through the local mountains for 1.5hours.
−It was quite cold and no heating in the room. Staff did arrange extra duvet covers.
