”Place was nice company was really hard to work with. Did Dint give us a good directions and actually made Smith an entir”
+Nice clean and a great price although the switched the place we were staying and never helped us and charged us for a night we didn’t get to stay there because we were sent no directions until after midnight
−The people who we were talking to on the phone didn’t help us at all and they literally made us get in a day late and still charged us for that day. Wouldn’t give us a day extra. They didn’t do anything to help us

”Dirty and difficult to get comfortable in.”
+We loved the artsy location, decent parking and having our own unit to stay in.
−It was not cleaned, but it was too late to find another spot. Whoever came to care for the property barely changed the garbage and pillow cases. Floors hadn’t been swept or mopped Couch hadn’t been cleaned Sheets appeared to have been used Bathroom was full of hair that wasn’t ours Shower curtain isn’t a proper fit and therefore water flooded the bathroom the entire time

”A great place in a great location.”
+Spacious accommodations, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the full kitchen with full size refrigerator. The bathroom also had a washer and dryer. Something you rarely see, but very handy.

”Buena experiencia”

+Location of space in property, and property was great. It was quiet and close to everything new, old, and getting a fresh reimagined life with easy access to light rail to and from airport to union station and everywhere else it goes, recreation, gyms, trail along river. Building was well kept and quiet with little to no excessive traffic.
−Friday and Saturday night in a new revived area called RiNo of the Arts it was slightly louder than weekdays but not as much as the main downtown.

”extremely convenient, I would stay here every time”
+amazing value for the price. the team is extremely responsive - nearly immediately via text and phone. All inclusive furnished apartments for your stay. I was staying while I worked at a nearby hospital and it was absolutely perfect. very safe walkable area and the easiest check-in process ive every had.
−the amenties definitely look shared (half empy bottles of soap, open detergent) and the common area furniture could have been deeper clean (noticeable stains) but nothing too crazy

”The shower was our only issue, good room otherwise.”
+Location is great and the room is excellent.
−The shower is not good. This was our second stay and we were hoping they made a change but didn’t. The shower curtain is too short and flimsy and water goes all over the bathroom floor. Shower head is like a fine hard mist.
