”Great value for money base for exploring Perth”
+Not a 5 star property hence my 8 star rating ( I never quite know how to rate these) If Im going on value for money then 10/10. No, it does not have luxuries but nor are you paying for it. Everything you need if its just a base for exploring Perth. If you want great value for money then this is the place.

+Excellent staff with great customer service skills. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you
−The disabled room overlooking the carpark and garbage bins from our balcony was unsatisfactory Very tired inferiors and not comfortable furnishings. Do not rush to book this accommodation. We were moved to a better room which was great. But still hark back to the 80s

”Terrible - dated and poorly kept room, no sound insulation, overpriced and not worth it”
+Location good
−Nothing like the photos a dated and falling apart; walls paper thin and can hear the lift going up and down, neighbours opening and closing cupboards and showering and talking; bathroom fan doesn’t work; second bedroom dark and no natural light; take a $200 deposit ontop of cost of room
