+Staff, cleanliness and breakfast were all excellent. The pool experience was as well.
−We had two rooms, one of them was the Jungle room. We did not care for the curtain separating the bathroom as it did not provide enough privacy. That appears to be a common theme in many hotels, which I really hope will go away soon.

+Absolutely everything was magnificent! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and the surroundings are simply breathtaking. The staff are exceptional, always smiling, incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive to every detail. The service is truly worthy of a five-star hotel. We had a wonderful stay with our family, and there is honestly nothing negative to say. Everything was amazing! A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!
−The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful, with a magnificent setting and breathtaking surroundings. However, I found it a little small, with limited space and not enough sun loungers. We stayed in mid-October, when the hotel wasn’t very busy, so it wasn’t really a problem for us. However, I imagine that during the high season, when the hotel is fully booked, it could become quite difficult for guests to find a comfortable place to relax by the pool. This is just a small observation, as the hotel itself is truly wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay.
