+Exceptional host who wanted to help in whatever way possible. Very convenient location. Clean apartment. Easy self check-in was appreciated. Milk and snacks provided were great. Great value and would highly recommend.
−Overall comfortable but AC was underpowered for the space (high outside daytime temperature was 23 degrees C during our stay) and began to click in the middle of the night (host said they'd promptly look into this). Cost paid on Booking.com doesn't include an extra fee to use the pull-out couch as a bed (10 Euros).

+Fabrizio ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, super zuverlässig und nett. Er hat uns ganz viele Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Aktivitäten zukommen lassen und auch immer das Wetter und den Wochentag mitgedacht, sodass es für uns super entspannt war seinen Empfehlungen zu folgen. Diese waren ausnahmslos super! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und geräumig. Es gibt sehr viele nützliche Dinge zum Beispiel eine Kühltasche, einen Sonnenschirm und Strandtücher. Des Weitern ist auch das Badezimmer sehr schön und super ausgestattet. Fabrizio hat sogar Wasser, Kaffee, Milch und Lebensmittel zum Frühstück bereitgestellt. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann zu Fuß alles mögliche erkunden. Außerdem gibt es tolle Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen und wir hatten eine super Zeit dort.

+Fabrizio ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. In der Wohnung finden sich viele praktische Kleinigkeiten wie ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand, oder auch Hygieneartikel. Die Lage ist gut, man ist in 10 Minuten an der Altstadt. Die Wohnung selber ist praktisch pragmatisch eingerichtet, die kleine Loggia im Appartement ist nett zum sitzen.

+Beautifully renovated apartment, everything was spotless, with great bathroom and kitchen facilities. The apartment has two balconies. The host even left us breakfast in the room, cereals, milk, croissants, jam, and Nutella. We stayed with two children, and there were toys prepared for them as well, which made us very happy. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, and for those who prefer not to walk, there are bus stops nearby. The host was truly kind and helpful. During our trip around Sicily, we stayed in several apartments, and this one in Palermo was definitely the best, thanks to its cleanliness, excellent equipment, spaciousness, and the warm attitude of the host. Thank you, we would love to come back! :)
−Noise from the street and cars, which is understandable since the apartment is located in the city center by the road, didn’t bother us.

+Mieliśmy świetny pobyt! 😊 Fabrizio to naprawdę super gospodarz - bardzo pomocny i zaangażowany. Mieliśmy mały problem z brakiem korkociągu do wina (poprzedni się popsuł), a gospodarz przywiózł nowy dosłownie w 20 minut! Dodatkowo polecił nam świetne lokalne miejscówki i wszystko wysłał nam wygodnie na WhatsAppie. Sam apartament również na duży plus - przestronny, bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Idealne miejsce na pobyt, a dzięki takiemu gospodarzowi czuliśmy się jak u siebie. Zdecydowanie polecam! 🌟
