”Never go there unless you want to suffer through restless nights and uncomfortable stay despite paying lots of money and”
+Location , staff was kind
−We booked a 3 bedroom apartment but it had very uncomfortable queen beds one falls off every night as they are too low , bad mattress and and uneven so as you turn over you fall off the bed. Me and my 6 year old kept falling and rolling off the bed, we complained but they said sorry we can’t do anything about the bed,the lift was not working for 6 days , later they got it fixed, no privacy they are cabins not bedrooms, as soon as the sun is up you have to wake up as there is so much light in the rooms, very slight partition no privacy at all ,, the shower was not working and got fixed after couple of days on multiple complaints, moreover no phone in the apartment to connect with reception, you have to whats app and have to be on their mercy if they respond you by chance, attached photos are a screenshot from the videos took

”Great neighborhood”
+We had a pleasant stay at Monnas Suite, basically a small apartment (3 people, 2 bedrooms). It was clean and the staff was nice. The highlight was the neighborhood, Beyoğlu is cute and vibrant with excellent breakfast places around, cozy cafés etc.

+The location is great and was the best place to stay during the recent storms since it's at the top of a hilly area! Despite the storms some locals in reception helped get us some food - very kind of them. The apartment was clean, tidy, and bathroom had a lovely powerful shower!
−One bedroom doesn't have a window to the outside and had an annoying water-pipe noise and the bedroom that does is on the street, and the street noise is very loud - definitely recommend ear plugs. The lift was out of order while we were there.

”Mejorable”
