”We had a wonderful stay in the clean and comfortable room with a fabulous view.”
+Comfortable and luxurious room with great views of the ocean and the marina from our 2nd floor room. Wonderful pool. Underground parking was unexpected and appreciated greatly. Full kitchen with a water purifier and full sized fridge.
−The on-site dinner restaurant was very expensive. Somewhat of a challenge to get to the beach for a slightly mobility-impaired person. The pool restrooms were often fridge-like, very chilled experience with a wet swim suit.

+The appartment is fully equipped. You will find everything you need. It is walking distance to bars, cafes and one beach club. The taxi service is just in front of the hotel
−Gym is really open air facility. Was hot in july. No treadmill or bike in the gym, only weights.

”Brand new condo in middle of punta mita town close to everything you need.”
+View from the deck beautiful. Rooftop pool beautiful. New facility. Building nice and clean and felt secure. Liked having a workout gym on site. Food and drink options in building. Short walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants. Nice looking over harbor. Liked the filtered water station.
−Need more of a block out for the deck window and or shade for the deck. Got very hot in the afternoon. Loud noise and music from the locals at times and people coming and going from the harbor. Bed was not great.

”We would stay again but request a different apartment.”
+We loved having the patio look right out at the ocean.
−We were located near the gym so it was a bit noisy. There was what looked like a squatters camp right below our patio so we listened to their music and smelled their cooking odors almost every day.
