„"War Zone" and "Haunted Hotel"“
+Woolley's has been my "go to" hotel for a few years because of travel in the Denver area. It is near the airport - I love the deep tubs and large showers. The beds have always seemed cleaned and comfortable. The atrium with the running water with fish and greenery had always been a respite and delight.
−The hotel I once knew was like a war zone and "haunted" hotel in one. The atrium had been completely demolished. There was the smell of dust everywhere. The hotel was not providing meals and the sandwiches at the desk were stale. I had no idea they were "renovating." No staff seemed to know the plans - but said I should "come back in March." Parking was awful. So many workers had vehicles that took up space. AND - I had to pay. I paid close to $300. for this awful experience. I am truly surprised that they allowed ANYONE to even stay in this hotel under these conditions.

+The room was large, clean and the beds were so comfortable.
−We booked it with the expectation that there was a nice bar and breakfast in the atrium area, but this area was under a complete renovation. Even after looking online, it was not clear that the atrium area was torn up. That was the main reason we booked was because it looked like there was a nice bar/restaurant onsite for our parents that were visiting. Aside from that, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The beds were so comfortable and I slept so well! Overall it was a nice place for a night. Guessing it was cheaper than normal due to the construction. Just wish the construction was advertised better and noticed that there wasn't an evening bar available in the pretty atrium area that's still shown on the website.

„SHOCKING!!!! The demolition/rennovations were very uncomfortable to us.“
+Room was nice.
−Atrocious!!! Shocked to not know the enormous amount of construction & demolition!!!! It looked like a war zone in the hallway, view from our window to the outside, view in the glass elevator…. Not acceptable for the price we paid.

−I love the way the rooms are decorated but I wish in the booking site let you know it’s being renovated because it looked nothing like it’s pictures. It also did not have the lounge/bar or the pool. The shower also had mold build up where I placed a towel on the shower floor because they said they were booked and could not switch my room, or give me a refund.

„This was an important visit as we were celebrating our daughter’s wedding. Most of the stafff were unapologetic and oth“
+The guest rooms were nice and the bathroom was spacious and upscale.
−We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Woolley’s Classic Suites. We made our reservations in July and were never informed that the hotel would be undergoing extensive renovations. Upon arrival, the condition of the hotel was shocking. The lobby and public areas were completely under renovation, and what should have been welcoming hotel amenities felt like a construction zone. The entire experience was far from what we expected when booking this Marriott property. What was even more disappointing was the lack of communication at check-in. The front desk simply swiped our card and checked us in without acknowledging the extensive renovations or mentioning that the pool and other amenities were unavailable. There was no apology, explanation, or effort to address the significant impact this would have on our stay. We learned of the work when we took the glass elevator to our guest floor. When we questioned this, we were told that a notice had been posted on the website in August, after we had already made and confirmed our reservation. Had we known in advance that the hotel was undergoing full-scale renovations and that major amenities, including the pool, would be unavailable
