„A place to stay.“
−Entrance into room required a large step which, for us, was an unexpected challenge. Room had a carpet covered bump. Not good. There were three creatures in our room: me, my wife and a lively bug.

„The upstairs should be condemned.“
+I believe the rooms downstairs were better. The pool area looked OK.
−We were placed in an upstairs room and the experience was horrific. Both sets of stairways (one on each end of the building) were pulling away from the building. You could see the nails pulling out. Several of the steps had no wood left under the rubber stair treads and they would give when you stepped on them. The floor in the room was soft under the carpet and bathtub, as if the floor was rotten there as well. There was a gross, sticky spot on the carpet in front of the bathroom. The door to the room did not lock and the chain to the door was broken off. If i had had a car, i would have slept in it, Unfortunately we were traveling on motorcycles. Our friends had a room downstairs and did have a better experience. But the upstairs should be condemned.

−You could hear the other guest in the room above us and as they walked right by our room.
