„A fantastic overnight stay 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“
+We had a fabulous night stay here. We had room 1, The Pommery Room and the decor is superb and the room was spotless. Loved the velvety decor and furnishings and the spa bath is wonderful, loved the lighting in the spa bath too. The bed is so comfortable and there was tea, coffee, water, and biscuits and chocolates provided in the room as well a refrigerator. There is also an in room safe. Cannot recommend enough. There is also a little seating area outside of the room too. Dressing gowns were soft and fluffy and slippers provided. There was also fan provided which was great as it’s still feeling warm. Breakfast was hot and fresh and staff were friendly and welcoming. ❤️
−Having to check out of the room . :( it was so pretty

„Disappointed as heard great things about this hotel.“
+The staff, bar area and food were great.
−The room was dirty and smelt musty - very dusty. Sky TV didn’t work and TV very small - couldn’t see from the bed, you’d need to sit on top of it to see it.
