+Staff were very accommodating. The room was fantastic! Included breakfast was excellent.
−We came back to the hotel aroud 12:30am and struggled to find a way back into the hotel as all the main entrances has roller shutters across them. We found a way back in at the porte cochere at the other end of the building.

„Already planning our next visit.“
+Staff were super friendly, kind and helpful. Any questions or requests we had they ensured we felt looked after. The room was kitted out with so many amenities from enhancing your bath, to toiletries and the mini bar. The quality of the technology in the room made it feel very luxurious and the view of the Brisbane river was beautiful. We especially loved the buffet breakfast each morning, the 24 hour pool and spa facilities. Went for an adult weekend away but would love to bring our young daughter with us next time as it truly feels like a hotel for all.
−There were very few things that we didn’t like but if I had to be fussy I’d say I would like a better selection on the room service. It was incredible what we did get but one coffee was $18 (that was price of coffee and delivery fee) and I did think that was quite insane. We had massages at the away spa and unfortunately it just wasn’t worth the money. The staff were lovely but the massage itself wasn’t the best, I’ve had better ones for a lot cheaper and for some reason they felt the need to cover you with towels and blankets during, which made it extremely hot.

„Excellent“
+Everything about the property was excellent from the room and the facilities and the service and location and the staff also were all excellent
−Probably the only thing is if you have a car and use the Valet Parking ..If you go out for the day and arrive back late in the evening then the Valet Service is not manned so probably need to pre arrange the return for Valet Parking or self parking .

„We'll be back again soon.“
+The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The room had beautiful views of the city/river and we loved all the meals and breakfast we had whilst there. The location would be hard to beat as everything as it your fingertips as far as bars, restaurants etc
−There wasn't anything that we didn't like about our stay.
