+Location was convenient for anything in the area and the stay was a good value. Amenities like A/C, fridge and coffee maker worked well.
−Breakfast was consistent, but limited - if you're not a fan of biscuits and gravy, there won't be a lot of variety to choose from. We also had an unexpectedly dirty floor in the room and the microwave needed cleaning, though no issues with other areas.

„room ok. breakfast not so much.“
+what was advertised as a good breakfast was lacking in variety. very few choices. no condiments such as ketchup. eggs were fake. no meat the second day. no waffles, no pancakes no french tost. only biscuits and gravy. gravy had no sausage in it. overall not what i would consider good breakfast!
−a lot.

„We were only there two days but everything was up to par.“
+my granddaughter really enjoyed the indoor pool and breakfast was really good. the lady working the breakfast area was always friendly and did a great job keeping the food supplied and the dining room was always clean.
−The floors in the rooms and stairs could use a little better cleaning.

+The room was decent and was mostly clean.
−The fireplace didn't work, and that was the reason my wife booked that upgraded room. There was dried blood on the under side of one of the comforters.

„Overall I will stay here again but will ask for a room in the new building“
+The location was good and the breakfast was good
−Our room needs updated really bad and needs a deep clean . The beds were extremely hard and I didn’t like the shared balcony

„Will stay again!“
+Absolutely loved our stay here!!! I loved the showers and the balcony!
−I specifically didn’t bring my blow dryer because I knew that hotels usually have one. Well, it didn’t work :/ but that’s okay!! Also wasn’t a fan of the breakfast at all. Good thing there are plenty of pancakes houses nearby.

+Wonder stay, especially for the money. We had a really nice balcony that we really enjoyed right on the parkway.
−Our door literally had to be slammed to close. Im sure our neighbors loved us

„Great place to stay. Exceeded my expectations!“
+Very clean and good lighting in the room. Hot breakfast in a big country style breakfast room. Very pleasant feel in the property. You can see the mountains.
−Breakfast started at 8 am. I wish it could have been much earlier because we wanted to be inside the smoky mountains before 8am to beat the crowds. And for some reason, people like to smoke right outside the leasing office so you had to breathe in second hand smoke in order to go into the leasing office.
