+The employees were great. Very kind and helpful
−The room was very humid. The linens were wet. The matrices were very hard and old. We could feel the springs. The pillow was very old as well and uncomfortable. Everything was smelling mold and humid.

„Wonderful experience by the pools!“
+Pool area is 4 star, great experience. I love that you can see the ocean from the multiple pools. Breakfast provided numerous western and Thai options.
−Bed could be softer, but Asian beds tend to be harder in general. Bathroom was more modern than I expected. Instant hot water with full control.
