„wonderful“
+The whole place is perfect for a beach vacation. The room is very clean, spacious, with cable tv, hot/cold shower and a dresser.
−The alley way from the beachfront becomes too dark if staying late outdoors back to the place. (phone's flashlight can do the trick)

„Great time spent, expected little more.“
+Hotel inside is nice, many plants and stairway. Room is comfortable.
−The Road is not very good because it is not paved. It is flooded when it rains. It is not attractive at first glance, but inside is nice, many plants and stairway. Room is typical province type, would be better if renovated. WiFi facility was poor sometimes.

+Jenny and Jhun were such welcoming hosts, they could not do enough. Room was spotless. Location is 3-4 mins from the beach at Station 3. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
−Not the hotels fault, but the access alley/road can flood somewhat when it rains.
