„Good accommodation for family. Facilitates could have been better“
+The two bedroom apartment was perfect for a family and the fully serviced kitchen with laundry facilities was exactly what we needed for our short stay. The beds were comfortable.
−There were multiple lights not working including in the second bedroom, loungeroom and other parts of the accommodation. The curtains in both rooms were broken with the actual fabric coming off of the railing. I had to prop the curtains closed with pillows. The website was also misleading with photos on the outside of the property. We thought we were booking a unit with a garage parking but ended up having to park on the street near the bus stop.

+Great space and clean facilities. Easy to get to, lovely and quiet.
−As lovely as the beds were, reasonably comfortable ( for me), my back likes a soft bed.

„Disappointing.“
+It had god amenities. And a well appointed kitchen.
−It has no insulation in the walls and single glazing. It got very cold at night. There was only light bed coverings on the beds. 2 of the 3 bedrooms were facing the main highway through town, it was incredibly loud and we didn’t sleep either night. The carpet wasn’t well vacuumed, and quite dirty on edges. We booked accommodation on Peterkin st, but were moved to an address on Argyle st when the details came through the morning of check in.

+It was very convenient, quiet, and well equipped. It is very easy to access. The bathroom was great. Shower excellent and very clean..
−The lights are quite dim, especially in the large bedroon, as the lights need cleaning by removing the debris inside. It was very cold in the morning, and the fire in the bedroom was inside the wardrobe, so it was not seen until the end of the stay.

„Happy with the accommodation. Recommended“
+Location, facilities, garage for my leaky car if it rains
−Table was wobbly, reported to staff. Ramps in garage and front door could use a couple of steps for ease for people who don't need ramps

„Convenient, Affordable, Satisfactory“
+Everything we needed was there, it was well located and close to the town, shops and services. Free WiFi and off street parking were a bonus. It was a comfortable stay for a family. Price was good and late check in via lockbox was helpful.
−Rather loud internally as well as externally. Road noise very loud from main road, walls paper thin within the apartment and it was hard to tell if that would be an issue with the neighboring apartment as we were there mid week and there was no one next door. It mentions during booking the option to select a ground floor apartment but actually all the apartments are semi-detached 2 story units. Luckily not an issue for us in the end but worth making clearer on the booking information so people can be prepared.
