„Für Städtetrip empfehlenswert.“
+stylisch, sehr netter check-in
−Tip: Klobürste im Bad wäre wünschenswert.😅 Kein Service im Innenhof.

+Nice hotel about a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Great amenities and friendly staff. Room was ls clean and comfortable. Our room was set in a private courtyard and it was very quiet and we got a good night sleep.

−The location is awkward - over 20 min walk to most places; staff seems overworked and/or inexperienced

„Stunning Hotel, Excellent Stay“
+The Hoxton is stunning and well-designed - from the buildings, the courtyard to the rooms themselves. I loved the colour palette, interior design and artsy room keys which worked to really enhance our stay. The rooms have a bluetooth speaker and TV which allows chrome casting. The bed is beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower and was very clean. The outdoor bar and lounge areas were a great place to just sit and chat with a drink after a day of exploring Florence. The staff were lovely and made an effort to inquire into our travels upon check-in, such as places we planned to visit in Florence or where we had just come from, so they could provide some recommendations. Both check-in and check-out processes were hassle-free and were quite quick. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the tram, about a 15-20min walk to some nice cafes and restaurants, a 5 min tram ride to Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station, a 10min walk to a bus stop and about a 20min bus ride to the centre of Florence. Otherwise, the hotel also provides bikes which you can use for free. Would absolutely stay again.

„A great location with a great vibe.“
+We loved the location of the hotel. We were a little removed from the crowds and noise but still able to walk everywhere - 21,000 steps daily! Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant. We loved the wine bar and enjoyed before and after dinner drinks there.

„A very good new 4 star hotel with excellent customer service“
+The Hoxton is a very good 4 star hotel. The Staff were excellent and facilities good. It is a new hotel in a gracious old building so everything is sparkling.
−We booked the top category of room but found out that it was on 2 levels with a spiral staircase. It was not suitable but the staff were very accommodating and changed our room.

„10/10 amazing stay“
+Everything was amazing! Room was comfortable. Design was great. Location a bit far from main sights but still so doable! Staff was friendly. FOOD WAS FANTASTIC! Will definitely stay again!
−The breakfast buffet didn’t seem worth the money but the service was still excellent. Wish there was more selection. That being said, the espresso bar was excellent for breakfast!
