„Disappointing“
+Location
−Over rated … swimming pool dirty and heating turned off . Breakfast only between 830 and 930 . Absolutely no effort from manager to accommodate early check out.

„We had a great time.“
+I had written to Paul before our visit about my husband's walking problems. Unfortunately I did not receive my email. However, he was able to change our room from the top floor to another room on the first floor which also had a terrace. In addition the car park was just a few steps away from our room. Paul and Vicky were extremely helpful and all the staff was friendly. The hotel is in a super location with easy access to the town and beach.
−There was nothing we did not like.

„The Havelock Hotel is a lovely, friendly and welcoming place to stay.“
+A Wonderful Stay at The Havelock Hotel My wife and I recently enjoyed a three-night stay at The Havelock Hotel in Shanklin, and we came away feeling that we had discovered a really lovely place to stay on the Isle of Wight. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. The owners and staff were all incredibly friendly, approachable and helpful, and their genuine warmth made such a difference to our stay. Our room was perfect for our needs , very clean, comfortable and clearly well looked after. It was lovely to return to after a day out exploring the island. Breakfast was another real highlight. It was freshly prepared and ordered from a menu, which we much prefer to the usual buffet-style breakfast. Everything we had was really good, and you could tell that care had gone into preparing it. The hotel also has a small but very nice swimming pool, which was a lovely added bonus and a great place to relax. The location of The Havelock is absolutely perfect. It is close to everything in Shanklin, making it incredibly convenient for getting out and about while still providing a lovely, peaceful place to return to at the end of the day. What really stood out to us, thoug
