+Location was fantastic. Just a short stroll to St Stephens Green and Grafton Street
−No onsite parking, but only a 5 minute walk to a car park. The drop off area was often full, so not able to drop bags.

+Great central position, great breakfasts and facilities.
−Parking nearby but access had to be done all online and prepaid. It was so busy in the city due to marathon that just added to hassle. Not hotel's fault of course.

+Well, I was not in a very good mood arriving at the hotel.. I had been pickpocketed at the Houston Train Station. My wallet with all my identification was stolen. I was pretty shaken up. Your manager I think name was Eric but not sure. He couldn't have been more accommodating. He called my credit card company multiple times to get a fraud and stop put on my account. He also called the restaurant that we had lunch at and left message for someone to call him back if they had found the wallet. He went above and beyond to try and help me. I really appreciated his efforts. Unfortunately nothing was recovered and I had no US cash

„It was an excellent stay, location, and price point.“
+We opted for the free breakfast in the price of the hotel and were very pleased with the food options. The location was awesome (off the busy Temple Bar area, but close enough to walk there).
−I didn't like that we had to go up one elevator, walk to another one and go up to the fourth floor. It would haven been much more convenient to use one elevator.

„excellent in all ways“
+Staff was great! Breakfast was delicious and had an excellent variety. Our room was upgraded to the suite which was appreciated, especially after the airline lost our luggage. The location was superb!
