„It’s weird. It’s fine for a night, but weird.“
+Nothing to note
−It’s just weird. It’s a ghost hotel. The place never opened for breakfast, for example - the chef was there, but he just sat there in the lobby because no one else turned up, and the cafe associated with the kitchen also didn’t open up so he just sat there. There’s a full bar and coffee area, but no one working there. There’s a person near the door for some hours every day, but who knows when. It’s all digital check in and there’s no one to ask anything to when you need it. And maybe that doesn’t sound bad, but as I said, the hotel is weird. You will have questions. There will be things that are broken. The water pressure will confuse you, the sound from the pipes concern you, and the music in the lobby is 90s rap, while the decor is styled in pastel velours and angular, minimal, uncomfortable furniture. Weird.

„Disappointed“
+The location was good and first impression was good
−Check in was a mess. Needed to do it online (couldn’t) and then it took 30 mins to get a code to room doors from the reception team. There was no hot water in the shower and the cleaning was poor. The room coffee machine was so dirty it could not poor the coffee for limescale. The disco on the roof was so loud it was making all the furniture vibrate and our rooms were 2 floors lower. No breakfast option (cafe said no food) and lobby bar was always closed.
