„Vasat altı, konum ve temizlik kurtarıyor konaklamayı“
+Konum

+The location was great. The bed were big for singles and very comfortable. The room was a great size and it had a bath!
−Great central location in the old town. The twin room was a good size and the bathroom had a nice large bath. The bed was clean and comfortable. We did unfortunately find that the room had not been properly cleaned before we arrived. The phone didn’t work when we arrived, we had a query and attempted to call reception and it was completely dead. We were told it would be fixed and it didn’t happen. Our fridge had the previous holiday makers gone off food left in it. We found a used ear bud under one of the bedside tables. Staff didn’t seem too bothered by our complaints, we were offered some budget alcohol and leftovers from breakfast buffet as a consolation. Overall we felt cleanliness was not up to the mark for the amount we paid for the stay.

„Příjemný pobyt v čistém a pohodlném hotelu s velmi milým personálem.“
+Velmi milý personál, pohodlný pobyt a všude čisto a uklizeno.
−Pokoj v podkroví má výrazné trámy, které zabírají část prostoru.

„Great location, understaffed, and far from 4-star service.“
+Location. Breakfast variety.
−Our room was not serviced in 4 days. It seems the hotel was short-staffed. Nevertheless, we managed to obtain clean towels from reception, and it didn't matter that the room was never serviced, as we only slept in it. Although not what you'd expect of a 4-star hotel. Plates at breakfast were produced still soaking from the dishwasher, cutlery was often not put out. It also seemed that we had the 'Booking.com '/'booked via a third party' room - last to sell, on the ground floor, and lacking the intimate charm of the rooms shown on the website. Nevertheless adequate.
