+The location was as described, convenient to most activities in Vancouver.
−This is a basement unit where footsteps and other noise from above can be heard at all hours. In our case there was quite a bit of nighttime noise. We also had someone ringing the doorbell in the middle of the night on one night of our stay.

„Neat and hygienic. Awesome.“
+Washroom was very neat.
−Complementary water or juice in the refrigerator would go a long way.

+I did like the property’s location , it’s convenient and spacious, making it a good option for a big family.
−The property was a bit dirty upon arrival. It seemed like the linens had not been washed, and there was used soap left behind for us to use. The place clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly , there was no toilet paper, and the dishes were dirty. To make things worse, people were banging on the door in the middle of the night, which made our stay uncomfortable. Overall, I’m not happy with the presentation or cleanliness of the house. The only positive was the location and service, which was the main reason we decided to rent the property in the first place.

+The stay was not that good as every night there was thumping from the upstairs until well after midnight. Also sleeping was very challenging as lights came on through the bedroom window from midnight until 4:00 ams. It would be a suggestion to put darker curtains in the bedroom.

„Heerlijke ruime woning“
