„All good but the lack of air conditioning was clearly a problem.“
+We were at a function so only used the room as a bedroom really.
−the air-conditioning did not work. There was no thermostat and we could only use the fan. Since the room faced the afternoon sun it was very hot and we had no way to cool the room down.

„Great location, clean and comfy bed. Just needs a bit of maintenance and upkeep.“
+Great location in town close to so many of the shops and the supermarket. I liked how it was set back from the pub. Comfy bed and easy to get into our room after check in at the pub. Was really good for what we needed for our two night stay. Parking was right next to the door.
−The toilet button plate came off and the toilet did run all night. Wardrobe was missing a door and there was no more body wash in the container when we first arrived. These things could have been easily fixed.

+Not much.
−There was dust and hair on the floor and counter. Cleaning needs to be better. The downstairs bar and restaurant have seen better days. There was lots of noise coming from the hallway during the night.

„Central, basic hotel“
+It was centrally located so easy to get around. Plenty of parking. Easy to access. The bathroom felt new.
−Unfortunately the tracks in the cupboard were really dirty and the door was really heavy to open. There were no tissues, no bin in the bathroom and no one came and replaced the towels, coffee or made up the room, as we stayed for two nights. We are at the hotel downstairs and the manager was a little rude and they seemed overwhelmed. Although the girl who served us was great and friendly.
