„The Annex is a nice place to stay and ideally situated for visiting places in North Norfolk.“
+Compact, Well presented , well stocked utensils , lovely towels and beautifully presented bed. All communications with Elaine were quickly responded to. Good parking , clear instructions for arrival.
−The blinds, they didn’t block out enough light for us and it was cold from the window when the very effective heating went off. We struggled with the mattress and the pillows which were both very soft. However once we settled we did sleep well. Because of the compact nature of the property there are no chairs to sit on and this was a problem for one of us who has mobility issues.

„Ideal for a short stay“
+Village location. Spotlessly clean throughout. Reserved parking. Comfortable bed. Fridge and Microwave were very handy. Continental breakfast supplied.
−Advertised as air conditioned, which being our primary factor for booking during this hot spell. That turned out to be a small air purifier and two fans! Thankfully the temperature lowered slightly during our stay, but was still a disappointment. Was nice to have the fridge, but getting down on all fours to retrieve items became quite a chore with it placed on the floor. The room has a great kitchen area and a bit of reorganising, plus addition of a sink would in our view make it perfect. Lovely modern bathroom, but sadly we found the shower far too tight.

„the housemartins were around the property 😁“
+Very well presented, immaculately clean. Courtyard garden with seating 👍
−Nothing we did not like however the room could benefit from an easy chair to sit in.
