„Staff were very friendly and helpful . Would stay again“
+Good location for what we needed
−Had an evening meal 1st night and it took a long time to deliver each course. Staff were very apologetic and said they didn’t expect the volume of diners and were understaffed to deal with it in the kitchen. I’m sure it was just a temporary problem.

„Pretty little town. Hotel needs work.“
+The beds were comfortable. I thought the upkeep.was not good. Your could not put anything down in the room.as the furniture was falling apart. No hand rails on the stairs. It was an okay place to stay I would not stay there again.
−No handrails on stairs. Upkeep of room was not great. Furniture was falling apart and felt very closed in. Just was not comfortable or inviting. Breakfast was dismal. Ordered pancakes and got 3 tiny ones smothered in Nutella which I asked not to have. Other people at breakfast were obnoxious and I thought someone could have said something to them but the only staff just sat texting in her phone. Just was not comfortable stay.

„All staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem to them.“
+Food was excellent, varied menu.
−Staff were very pleasant, but, service was quite slow. On arrival in the restaurant we were seated quickly and menu's left on the table. When we went in, there was only 2 other tables in. We waited about 5 mins before being asked for drinks order. Another 10 mins before food order was taken. Once order had been taken, food was served in a very reasonable time.
